Does this mousse turn back into the chocolate form? I wanted to pour this onto vanilla wafers (like a chocolate covered wafer bar)

Will Chinese green tea powder do? I've got a lot here! (its colour isn't as deep as yours, anyway)

Yes, it must be. Usually, it is very moussey only with water.. I will make the video of successful case.
