The opening was badass man it is cool I'm currently getting things together for a Roblox resident evil fan fiction. I didn't post the one I did this year cause it was too bad for my likeing so I DVD it for myself so I'm kinda like getting users on it on Roblox to be apart of the cast so far I have three people on cast me and two other users trying to get some more users to play other characters pm for more info y'all.
Great job on this intro basinger. You have inspired me to make a resident evil fan film also. The intro was so epic and very well edited. You dont have to have a million dollar budget to make a great movie i cant wait for it to get finished. I cant say anything but your movies are the best what I have seen. I know, not going like in the games, but so what? Your well-shot and cleverly thought up film (I'm talking about "The Beginning", since "Deception" hasn't been released yet) gave me the "power" to keep on working with my own film.
Also, I am surprised you didn't know this, but it is tradition that the director put his name at the end of the credits. At the end you should say "directed by Mike Basinger" and then the movie begins!
when getting the body in the beginning have someone take pic's as others are removing the rocks, metal scraps and what-not (they would be doing that in real life so why not your film)
you should try getting Amanda Violet and Matt Russo names dissolved in blood going 'up' with the blood and not going at the camera it might make it look better
i liked the opening, RE outbreak file 1 had my fav opening out of all RE games, and im glad not only did you use the music, but you animated it how it was in that game. for a fan made film it looks very good it shows you had taken your time and not just 'slaped' it together.

Towards the start i felt like there was too much zooming, perhaps a faded zoom (on the test tube) would be better where it zooms but fades out and in again to a much closer zoom.
The second is when the title 'Resident Evil Deception' comes up, you should have it fixed for a few seconds as it passes too quick, maybe a 'star wars' style zoom through it, just something to make it stand out more.

Well, I had to cancel mine. Mainly because I was having trouble with the story. Then, I thought I that maybe I should just give the Mansion Story the boot, and make up my own story. Here's my new idea:
2 years after the manison, Rebecca and a team of soldiers goes on a mission to an Umbrella facility where another outbreak has occurred. After most of the team is killed she meets up with HUNK and they are forced to work together.
dude if that aint the final cut i'm hella looking forward to the finsihed thing that was sum seriously great editing and those cgi parts looked cool. 10/10
Wow this looks amazing and it isn't even the final cut! The locations were great as were the computer animations. I am anticipating this movie more and more!

My one nitpick: I think you should have the title linger a little longer so we can read it.

some thoughts i had were:
when getting the body in the beginning have someone take pic's as others are removing the rocks, metal scraps and what-not (they would be doing that in real life so why not your film)
