That was me Paul. There is a click sound once you find the sweet spot on chest locks. But it does take practice to hear it when it happens seeing you have some misleading clicks thrown in there for good measure. There are some good YouTube vids explaining the technique.

Hidden Weight... Stolen items will not show up when you speak to most vendors. So you might be carrying much more than what you think you see. I had a bunch of stupid heavy stuff like bowls and platters that I had accidentally picked up whilst snooping around shelves.

When you get your own place paul, try to dump everything in your chest to see if you can get your weight to 0 first, then reequip yourself. Weapons and Armor can be a common missconception of what usually weighs you down.

@paulsoaresjr I'm pretty sure opening locks have nothing to do with the way they sound. I do know that it's all about finding the sweet spot, the lock will only turn once you find the right position.

Another thing I noticed is that u pick up all potions when u hardly ever use them. They my only weigh 0.5 lbs but they can add up when ur not using them, same thing gos for the mis stuff watch the weight dragon bones r 15lbs an scales r 10lbs. As soon as u can I would buy a house if not already an just store all ur usless stuff there.

paul 100 dollars for a sword isnt actually 100 dollars for a sword if your selling it it could maybe go for like 50 or 60 unless you have a high speech or speech perks. and if you dont have a chance to pick the perks you want save them up. tip on lockpicking always just try pics on one side of the lock its nice to know what side its on. and master and expert chests there lock points are way different then on novice and apprentice

Paul, you should watch the ingredients session of your items.. Even tough one ingredient is pretty weightless, your whole pack should be weighting about 20 pounds considering how many flowers you pick :)
