Hey man, props for the vid, before this I didn't know how to map the slices to the MPD. One question though, when I hit a pad and then another in quick succession both sounds overlap. How can I get the next pad I hit to cut off the previous pads sound?

You gotta use edison there's a loop bottom on Edison just find your start and end point so it loops right and you can either drag and drop in the fruity slicer or just the loop in you sequencer. And oh yeh why the hell didvyou flag my vid as Spam for??????????

YOU CAN MANUALY ASSIGN THE PADS ASWELL THATS WHAT I SOMETIMES WHEN I GO TO OTHER STUDIOS IF THEY DONT HAVE FL SET UP FOR MPD I KNOW THERE IS A VID THAT TELLS YOU HOW TO ASSIGN YOUR PADS THATS HOW I LEARNED

whenever I hit a pad on my pmd 18 it always plays another pad, for example i would hit pad #1 and pad #2 will play. how did you get your pads to play on the right ones?

hold the config button highlighted in whit on mpd while pressing pad 2 for 5 sec then that should work its worked for everyone who has asked me that so far....good luck bro

is your mpd plugged in via usb or thru interface i cant get fl 9 to midi with my mpc 2000 i have fast track interface any help..

i dont know the answer to that but i always use my MPC200xl by it self and other keyboards hooked up to it my mpd is hooked up to fl studio because its only a midi controller i jump back and forth but my mpc is being used my a homie because i like fl better

right on that vid was ruff the complete beat sounds way better all mixed down its I.P. in the studio right now the vocals just need to be mixed i stacked that snare but thanks for yur input homie

ok got it now, but i had to check the sample i wanted then press open at the bottom.the friuty slicer was pretty much easy to do.now i got the sample chopped up now i wanted to know how can i switch back to the reguler drum kicks and sners on the mpd and still keep what i want on the sample loaded so i could add some drums to my sample and record it, thanks for the info

@shortygranz it depends on what version of FL u usin'....i got FL 9 and only way for me to put samples in edison is load em in there, I cant drag n drop for some reason

I Just got that. I want to get it to work with The Drum Machine on fl perfect. So how can i make the pads equal to the ones i'm pressing one. If you got time can you make a video for getting started.

Thnx 4 hittin me back but its still overlapping...should i shortn up the slice im using...i cut 12 by 12 same problem ...and also when i drag a slice into a pad it plays on a diff pad on the actual beat machine ..once again thnx 4 hittin me bak and keep makin dat heat..much luv ...peace

on fpc hit learn than hit pad u want
