None. Prophets in the Bible are hated by the religious system. Take Amos and Amaziah's conflict at Bethel. Prophets call people to repentance and holiness, they don't commit these sins and engage in hypocrisy. In a sermon by Brian Carn, he refers to gays with derogatory and hateful terms, but he engages in the same sexual sin.
Maybe he should change his title to Bishop... like Eddie Long.

Wow! I am able to clearly hear from the Holy Spirit and even discern what mood he is in. I'm positive God didn't tell you any of this because God told me that Prophet Brian Carn is real. I want to start a business and there are two men on my mind that I constantly pray for. I have family in Georgia, and they invited me for Christmas. That prophecy can apply to me; it's ambiguous. Furthermore, that is not how the function works in the New Testament Church. Agabus is a good example of a NT prophet, or even Nathan Simmons and Art Katz.

If Brian Carn is a true servant, then his career will not end in sin (he already has a child out of wedlock), he would have a good reputation (he is blacklisted by several churches on the West Coast; many pastors will not minister with him), and nothing will be hidden from the community (such as age and home church, which he will not reveal). @floetry613 1. In God's eyes, there are degrees to sin. I thought you went to seminary. Don't you know Hebrew? There are some sins God dislikes, hates, and detests that are different words in Hebrew. All unrighteousness is sin, but nothing says all sin is the same. 2. Paul was a Roman citizen and God used to him to further the Message to where the Apostles could not go. Paul never literally killed any Christian, and Paul repented. Paul was also OUT of the Fold until he repented and was baptized,

@floetry613 I have no issues with being slain in the spirit, but it's not a Biblical practice. In those cases you listed, people feel forward out of reverence, not backwards because they were touched on the head. Most slayings we see are an emotional experience, but there isn't much inherently wrong with it... unless ministers begin using it to validate their ministry or their "anointment." I really don't care what anyone says about speaking w/o interpretation when the Bible says it's incorrect.

More often than not, these preachers manipulate women into thinking sexual relations are required or sanctioned of God. Look at Eddie Long; he convinced those boys that what he was doing is a spiritual action. It's things like minister sleeping with parishioners that keep black men out of church. Game recognizes game.

@floetry613 All tongues spoken allowed are to be interpreted. If he is a "prophet," he should be able to do that for tongues + interpretation = prophecy for the CHURCH (not for individuals). I don't see any Bible verse that calls for personal prophecy in the NT. John is called the greatest prophet and never prophesied. Agabus offers a prophecy regarding the future of Paul's ministry. Those are the two prophets of the NT, and those are who we compare Carn too, and deduct he is no prophet.
the prophets job is to be the mouth of God BUT if the prophet tells somebody something like you're gonna get a new car and never live in the hood again then it may not have been Gods words, BUT God honors the prophet and does what he says THAT lets me know he's a prophet because what he prophesied to me came to pass because God honored what he said. i'm not just comparing him to NT prophets but old as well and in my mind if Jesus did then its ok. That is ridiculous. Prophecy is God speaking through man and NOT man speaking and God honoring it. Prophecy edified, comforts, and strengthens the CHURCH according to 1 Corinthians 14:3, and can be done by anyone according to the context of that entire passage. This new car and never live in the hood again is NOT prophecy.
what i'm saying is a sign of a true prophet is God honoring what the prophet says. Elijah the prophet says "As surely as the LORD, the God of Israel, lives--the God I serve--there will be no dew or rain during the next few years UNTIL I GIVE THE WORD". God backed him up on that because the prophet said it. You said he was wrong for doing stuff like that saying that people will have this and that and i'm saying that its fine to speak things into peoples lives that will improve their lives.

Wrong. Personal prophecy is telling an individual what will HAPPEN in their life. We don't see this. The closest is Agabus, who was talking on behalf of Paul's ministry, which was the church. Where do you see any Apostle or Prophet telling Paul he will get a chariot with golden rims?
Jesus was God yes,but the woman figured out he was a prophet after he spoke about something he could not have known unless he was around, this was before she knew he was really God. and if that is what you mean to be personal prophecy (telling the future) there is personal prophecy when the prophet came to Hezekiahs home and told him he was ABOUT to die and to get his house in order/then turned around and gave him another personal prophecy that he would live 15 more years!
also, Carn interprets his own tongues he speaks tongues and he says aloud what he just heard from God so in that respect you are right tongues + interpretation = prophecy.

None. Prophets in the Bible are hated by the religious system. Take Amos and Amaziah's conflict at Bethel. Prophets call people to repentance and holiness, they don't commit these sins and engage in hypocrisy. In a sermon by Brian Carn, he refers to gays with derogatory and hateful terms, but he engages in the same sexual sin.
Maybe he should change his title to Bishop... like Eddie Long.

If the prophecy does not come to pass.. that is a false prophet and yes accuracy is a litmus test of prophecy.

Wow! I am able to clearly hear from the Holy Spirit and even discern what mood he is in. I'm positive God didn't tell you any of this because God told me that Prophet Brian Carn is real. I want to start a business and there are two men on my mind that I constantly pray for. I have family in Georgia, and they invited me for Christmas. That prophecy can apply to me; it's ambiguous. Furthermore, that is not how the function works in the New Testament Church. Agabus is a good example of a NT prophet, or even Nathan Simmons and Art Katz.

If Brian Carn is a true servant, then his career will not end in sin (he already has a child out of wedlock), he would have a good reputation (he is blacklisted by several churches on the West Coast; many pastors will not minister with him), and nothing will be hidden from the community (such as age and home church, which he will not reveal). The American Baptist College is an accredited school and has produced some of the best preachers in this country. In those cases you listed, people feel forward out of reverence, not backwards because they were touched on the head. Most slayings we see are an emotional experience, but there isn't much inherently wrong with it... unless ministers begin using it to validate their ministry or their "anointment." More often than not, these preachers manipulate women into thinking sexual relations are required or sanctioned of God. Look at Eddie Long; he convinced those boys that what he was doing is a spiritual action. It's things like minister sleeping with parishioners that keep black men out of church. Game recognizes game.
2 Peter 2:1-3 is a good section to read on preachers who show BAD fruit (adultery).

@floetry613 All tongues spoken allowed are to be interpreted. If he is a "prophet," he should be able to do that for tongues + interpretation = prophecy for the CHURCH (not for individuals). I don't see any Bible verse that calls for personal prophecy in the NT. John is called the greatest prophet and never prophesied. Agabus offers a prophecy regarding the future of Paul's ministry. Those are the two prophets of the NT, and those are who we compare Carn too, and deduct he is no prophet.

the woman at the well she knew he was a prophet because he told her about something that was going on in her life. now it could have applied to another woman of that time and in your mind that makes it ambiguous, but Jesus was accurate it even goes further to say that the woman told everybody to come see a man that told her about herself! Jesus was God yes,but the woman figured out he was a prophet after he spoke about something he could not have known unless he was around, this was before she knew he was really God. and if that is what you mean to be personal prophecy (telling the future) there is personal prophecy when the prophet came to Hezekiahs home and told him he was ABOUT to die and to get his house in order/then turned around and gave him another personal prophecy that he would live 15 more years!
