I like the general idea, Kige. I don't know if UK could run this play. If Stevenson feeds Patterson, Stevenson's man would double Patrick. I don't know if the lane to Miller/Harris would be open. The way UK is playing right now, Meeks would be face-guarded, and Miller wouldn't be able to make the last pass. The wing players would have to be screening for each other while Stevenson and Patterson play a high-low game.
That would never work. You have to set screens and run some baseline for that play to be effective. As far as I could tell you're players were standing still. Coach LXA's team would steal the ball from your team everytime.
Shouldn't you have just gone for the easy 2 if the center was so close to the goal instead of kicking it back out. AT the least you could have drawn a foul.
i think that's the exact same offense Phil Jackson installed on those legendary Bulls teams of the 90s, with Michael Jordan at the center position and Pippen at sweeper. Luc Longley almost never always knocked down the 3, that's how they came so close to winning the gold. amazing play coach kige.
Kige, that's my second favorite play behind the pick and roll.
One thing, though. The center should swing to the 2 guard and set a pick on his man so he can keep the power forward on the baseline. The point forward will kick out an oop to the point guard and dish the rebound to the center for an open 3.
Thats a damn good play right there. Works every time.

Kige, are you ambidextrous? It looked like you shot your free throws left handed, but you're drawing up your plays right handed.

A nice tactic there, Kige. Definitely brings back memories from the golden years of the Chicago Bulls when Michael Jordan was playing for them.
Coach Kige has become one of my favorite parts of the Kige Ramsey Show!

I like how these players can curve their passes the way you diagram. That's Harlem Globetrotter-esk right there!
