Cena vs JBL, Triple H vs Ric Flair (both matches on the list), and Tanaka vs Awesome are all very underrated. The Cena/JBL I Quit match gets crap because its a Cena match. A lot of matches from 2005 are forgotten by wrestling fans IMO. It was a great year for wrestling. I would have put the Rey vs Eddie ladder match from SS on there, and pretty high too.
I would say Cena vs JBL is too high...I would have put Rey vs Eddie from WM, Hogan vs HBK from SS, Edge vs HBK from RR on my list, but glad to see the HHH vs Flair matches, they were amazing classics!

Good list. I do think that at least one of Rey and Eddie's matches should have made to the list though. Imo that feud carried smackdown during the summer. That JBL/Batista rivalry was a snoozer lol.

HBK had loads of PPV quality matches on regular free TV in 2005 (Raw).
Smackdown & Raw tribute shows for Eddie Guerrero were very emotional & memorable.
HBK finally faced Rey Mysterio in the Raw Eddie Tribute show & HBK over-sold the 619 LOL.
We had cool New stars like Ken Kennedy on Smackdown & The Great Muhammed Hassan on Raw. Sadly Christain left for TNA but got pushed in TNA.
Some call this "the last fully-watchable year in WWE" but I say 2007 was.
