hey my brother, well i am 14 i have saved for some time and i swear alot too! its hard to stop but all you have to do give it to God and let him take of it. but you have to be serious about it. first you have to ask yourself do you really wanna to stop? if so pray about it then start practicing it. dont swear day and try to make it a habbitt not to swear. thats what I am trying to practice.
2) So...my suggestion,would be to pick one word...say the one that bothers you the most,and concentrate on getting rid of using it!!If you're 'aware' of it it becomes almost second nature to 'pull yourself' every time you hear it come out your mouth...you'll find yourself catching it quicker and quicker until you're stopping yourself after just one syllable!!When you're at THAT point you're almost 'there'!!Then do the same with the next one ya want to eradicate!!I hope i was of some help!!XXXX!!
