He goes and buys scratch tickets with your 'speahhhhh change" at the small food court lottery stand on Winter street. There's also another young black guy in his 30's that tells you he has two starving kids and is on disability and buys scratch tickets. He's a fucking con-man. I called him out today and his excuse was that because people don't give him enough money.

Spare change John, aka John Bubier. Framingham native. Arrested a few years ago for panhandling in the ladies room of the tourist office in the common. Google his name, lots of blog and other posts about him.
