From what i seen in the clips you uploaded, this guys double stomp sucks. He has like no form whatsoever on them. He just dives down and steps on his opponet, its terrible.

@ReezyProductions That's cause he's doing a really amazing job at protecting the guy. Watch how he uses his toes when he lands, he loses form but it doesn't look like he bounces off the guy when most other people do a move like this
