Oh, and I have NATURAL green eyes, and my sister has natural yellow/light hazel eyes, and we have never done a colon cleanse. So in your theory, shouldn't our eyes be black?

I really liked these video segments. Very informative....I'm all for colon health. And I had never heard anything about an unhealthy colon changing the color of your iris. But I do know that if your liver is not working properly, it can cause the white of your eye to turn yellow. This being the color of bile in your liver toxifying your body.

If so try 1-2 per day for a few days in a row, then do every other day. Make time for rest time just in case. Start on the wkend if you work.
