Oh, so I see. The Starlight and zephyr don't meet, but Starlight was about 4 hours late, so they met.

When Starlight departed, I heard the engines of zephyr behind it.

I believe this was back when the Starlight was running into a lot of track problems up in Oregon.

Well Union Pacific owns the wye. All the the electrical boxes say UP on them. Both UP and California Northern use it. I've only seen one UP come and use it. We don't have any yard action and you wouldn't need to turn around a huge double stack train. I think officially UP owns the wye but California Northern is the main one to use it. California Northern uses it to get to the mainline of UP to drop off cars. The switch is probably after the wye comes together. I'll check it and get back to you.

Thanks I was lucky. The Starlight was suppose to arrive like 45 min. before. It was delayed about 30 min. by a Capital.

Really 2052 just came from Chicago on the Zephyr and will now be either on San Joaquins or Capitals.
