Dean Baker is the best economist in America today. Corporate America keeps him under wraps because they like want to keep getting richer at the expense of everyone else. Why have a rational public discourse when you can have Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly feeding copious quantities of nonsense to the public and succeed in convincing the public everything is normal? It's long past time to shut down Fox News and the other purveyors of misinformation in America.
