i know to fly a dodo, it only took me a few days to learn how to. o, ya, i played it on my ps2, not pc. and it's not hard to get Mr. Whoope. u just have to do vigilinte,(in the police car) so when u do vigilinte, when u see Mr. Whoope, puase the game, so the person will get out, and end the vigilinte. then, there u go! u have Mr. Whoopie! (unless it explodes. WITCH SUCKS! Cuz that happend to me. VoRtex4752

Yeah I worked that out, you just need enough space and the dodo rises by itself, I got good at piloting it finally after hours of trial and error.

there's a glitch where you can use another car for taxi missions. just get a taxi find a acr you want hold the button that starts the mission then exit while holding that button then enter the car and let go of that button and it should work. not in emergency vehicles though.

Oh yeah but that's if you don't mind failing the mission - I got mine with a %100 mission pass rate. I just like to keep my game tidy - slightly neurotic but how I roll.

you don't have to fail the mission man. park the whoopee where you're supposed to but don't blow it up, just shoot the gangsters when they come and you've passed the mission. then get back in the whoopee and take it to the docks. ;]

hi, thanks for these vids, they r really helpful. i have 1 question though. i have to deliver a bunch of vehicles to portland docks, i cant seem to get 1 vehicle, which is the bus. i hope u can tell me where they r usually located because they r really rare. thanks

Ok the bus can be a bitch to find sometimes, but i think they're most commonly located by the stadium on Staunton Island, on the side facing the waterfront. This is where I've encountered them the most but unfortunately there's no set spawn point, it's just another rarity that can be found anywhere like the Mr. Whoopee van. Securicar is random I think, not sure where they show up, but you have to take them to a seperate garage in Portland once you've taken one to the import/export garage. It's easy coz the garages are close by and you have infinite access to securicars from import export once you've completed the set.

i need the secuircar and the dodo for the portland import garage. in one of oyur videos you shot rockets off. is that a mod for the infinite ammo or you get infinite ammo for 100% completion?

the multiple rockets is just from changing the clip size from 1 to any number in the weapons data file on the PC.

how do you get all police bribes,health,and steroids

Police bribes = kill 20 criminals in vigilante missions on each island (2 bribes per island). For the roids and health I forget what exact levels of the paramedic ambulance missions you need to reach but get up to level 12 paramedic mission and pass level 12 and you will have the health, steroids and infinite sprint rewards. At least I think that's all you need to do, it's been a while.

you're correct just i think you roids and health pick up around level 9 i think though. 12 gives you infinite sprint.

Um i downloaded the skin from somewhere, but that was years ago so I can't remember where exactly. My only advice would be to google GTA3 skins or something. Gutted about the whoopee van on the last mission, it's a bitch having to drop everything in the middle something that will take ages to redo.

Where do u find Mr Whoopee icecream van

Firstly no it's not Portland, it's the bridge between Staunton and Shoreside Vale. The Mr. Whoopee van randomly spawns anywhere in liberty city so if you hear the icecream jingle drop whatever you're doing and steal that van, store it in your garage or take it to the Import/Export garage in Portland Docks.

Yeah I had to look up a tutorial on how to take off myself, flying it successfully however requires just practice and an understanding of how it moves - of course I'm still not very good at it.
