I grew up in Clinton, Iowa and one Aunt and Uncle would take my sister and me to this zoo. Great memories.

My company is doing the sound for this show and, I assure you, we have gone to great lengths to work with the zoo trainers to make sure it doesnt bother the animals. The Zoo staff does an excellent job of taking care of it's animals. They have been a pleasure to work with.

But all this can make animals scared.

I wouldn't worry too much about the animals. This seems to be at night after operating hours and that's when most of the animals are asleep inside their night houses and barns. They probably aren't aware of any of it.

The lights are around Roosevelt Fountain and are not visible from any of the outdoor animal exhibits that are open during Holiday Magic.
