stop complaining about realism. if this game was real it wouldnt be fun. just like ghost recon, if you got shot once or twice in the chest in the game no would buy it because it would be to hard or real. if you want realism go buy a private jet and try to dogfight with a reind in it and have some fun!

@napoleontak Well said. If games where your life is in danger COULD be realistic, they wouldnt sell, because people would be in terror to turn on their computer, and would have nightmares and shit.

NOTHING on a computer is realistic when it comes to games, and thats a GOOD thing.

Talking about arma and ghost recon and saying they are realistic is no better than saying this game is, because none of them offer anything like combat.

If people knew what realistic combat was like they would shut up

@sukhoisown not online. the missles make tight turns and other stuff but they give the realism of how hard it is to dodge a missle. the only way to dodge a missle is fly low or use flares...

Plus its still fun. If you want the real thing go fucking apply for the airforce. If the game had all real elements you'd be fucking getting pwned by the wind 80% of the time.

yeah, but its really weird

in the front person view, turning the left analog left/right makes your plane barrel roll

r1=right l1=left

usually the left analog turns and right controls barrel rolls, and l1 fires missles with r1 machine guns

then the view outside the plane, it takes waaaay too long to turn and the stalls are unrealistic

the stalls in 'Warhawk' are more realistic than these

HAWX is very close to reality cuz one thing is youtube, other thing is playing it...

and you can also remove the hud :)

try the pc demo just make sure you have a good video card its realy good :D

thats truth...... you can´t survive past sound speed like that, but the game is realy fun and notice that they have better tecnology cuz its on 2020 or what lol eve3n so i agree with you, that it would be impossible though but the game is great, realy gives you good adrenaline and maps are like google earth in 3D pespective, so, there is the realism :)

It's very simple physics... A plane can not make a 10 g turn without the wings being ripped off and the pilot blacking out...

Take a plane going "1000 knots" (as shown in-game) and then use the 'dogfight maneuver' when your plane flips a 180... That is pushing 10g or more.

actually, modern day planes can pull off many of the maneuvers seen here, just not with as much frequency as the stress on the pilot could lead to a blackout follwed by a collision

10g=how many times a weight is doubled so 10kg 20kg 40kg 80kg .... with each g added if the object in no motion = 5kg and he got 10gs since its a high number for g force in a plane which he had guessed? and the most gs an average person experiences on a roller coaster is about 4g-5g (oh and that weight applied on your chest at about 7g is equivilant to 2 tons...though dont quote me this is from memory)

The game is set in the future. Maybe the game suggested that they solved the over-g problems and stuffs. And if you want realism, kill yourself after the character you are controlling in the screen dies.
