I got my lip pierced last Oct. and my eyebrow about a week ago... The pain depends on how they pierce it...if they use clamps it hurts if they dont its nearly painless... They used clamps on my eyebrow but my lip was freehand!

moral of the story find a place that does NOT use clamps!! lol!
