But I discovered that it is untrue. Israel was legally created, Arabs invaded unjustly and lost, now they want back the lands they lost in that war of aggression.

It is not the Palestinian-Israel conflict. This is Muslim-Jewish conflict. Muslim Arabs see Jews as inferior "harbi" infidels that must know their place as "dhimmi" (second class citizens) in a Muslim world. Arabs can not and will never re conciliate with the fact that the Jews have an independent state because such reconciliation contradicts to the foundation of the Islamic teaching. That is why, the military option is the only option that Jews have in order to stop never ending Pan-Arab war.
