Where they helping the poor when they bailed out the US banks and they split it in executive bonuses? The top 1% of the world own 40% of all wealth and the bottom 50% collectively own only 1% of the wealth (UN report, 2006).

I never said they were a bank, I said they bailed out the banks. Did you miss that the money that bailed out wall street in the US was split in executive bonuses? It started out as "40 billion Euro".

The IMF receive the biggest contribution from the U.S., that why the U.S. has 15% vote in the IMF board. The U.S. does this to dictate policy in countries that accept the loan. Go to IMF website they explain what they do, but the negative aspect of the IMF you know, they just don't say there, but it explain what they do.
