PES are showing off there customization thing where you can make your own stadium, seriously, who gives a shit, its football game, surely its about the gameplay, and that is definitely something FIFA wins at.
And Pumpkin Heads?? WTF it showed at the end of the demo you can change your players heads?!?! I mean WTF why is that needed?
lol the defence is terrible. They just wander after the ball. Fifa 11 seems to be one step ahead always. This game looks like and feels like (i played teh demo) a slow version of FIFA 10. Attack is too easy and defense is a nightmare. Cool strategy and customization but apart from those two little gimicks they have nothing over the core design of FIFA 11. Its been honed to perfection over the past 4 games and its amazing now. Try both demos one after the other and see which you prefer.

Oh as for Gran Turismo (AI lets it down) id rather play Race Driver Grid and Id rather play Battlefield Bad Company 2 that MW2 (less boosters/cheaters) imo, my choices ofc

First of all OMG have any of you that actually play this game seen the way they move, if people moved the way they did in PES i would be a bit worried. Secondly PES are loosing licenses for teams by the minute and still haven't manage to fully license the EPL, which i might add is probably the best league in the world followed by the spanish league which is now only half licensed. Lastly i think Konami need to take a little lesson from EA about making a FOOTBALL (Not Soccer) Game!
I have been playing and comparing pes 10 and fifa 10. To me, Pes is alot more responsive and has better shooting and dribbling. Fifa has better general animations and skills. Who wins?

Looks good but I really don't like the idea of the programmed skill moves in the R-stick. Skill moves are usually considered somewhat of a game within a game because it's another aspect to learn. With the r-stick controls this leaves no room for personal development.
@Footylala I agree, now all the nobs will be running around spamming tricks with ronalod/messi alike. I loved the aspect needing to spend some time practicing the tricks to fully master them and now well... it's too much fifa like to me :/
PES as been getting worse since coming to 360 and PS3 and last year was the last straw for me i own all PES games except for last years one which was shit over the last two years FIFA as been the better game and that is why i play FIFA now but this is looking better so i will try it, but something needs to change its the same shit every year with different menus and music and frankly its boring the shit out of me more needs to be done all round specially to the online it needs more options

maybe fifa's animation is better than pes, but it doesnt conclude fifa is better than pes! take a look at the goals. they always look the same, because it has same abilities! same players! fifa is an arcady soccer game. pes is have a great atmosphere, defined player characteristics... and now the animation is fully reworked, no doubt pes 2011 will kick fifa's ass. in pes, wayne rooney looks like wayne rooney, which he's usually fifa's cover athlete. fifa's personality+ is bullshit.
Look. PES is a good game. I have it and I play it now and again. I also have the latest in FIFA's category, FIFA world cup 2010. Try watching a couple of compilation videos of that game and you'll see how it kills PES off.

FIFA is king over PES once again. Capitalistic competition is great though, improves the product for the consumer, and we get two great games trying to be tops.
PES 2011 looks really cool. Fifa in PC is epic fail but online is really good. I hope online mode in PES improves. If it does then it can be way better than fifa.

i think the crossing passing needs to be slowed down and the pace of the whole game just a little bit to give a more realistic look... its so fast the players do look a bit robotic i hope konami have a hard look at this and deliver in two months as it could be amazing.. and plllllllllllllllllllllz sort out online servers!! take a leave out of mw2 server!!
@mathres17 - I'm personally not a FIFA fanboy, I've bought copies of both games in different years. Every time the new games come out I see which looks/plays the best and choose that one for the year. It's just that in my opinion this video looks worse than the last PES in the player motion and gameplay. Giving an opinion is not "destroying" as you put it, unless the game is so terrible that the opinions of people who don't even buy it are enough to ruin the game for everyone!

@StCro7 we dont give a shit about gran turismo, etc.. this is about fifa or pes and the clear choice is pes. my reason to why pes is better is that its "real". when i bought fifa i first thought it was great, but after a short while the gameplay got dull and predictable and really felt fake. it got easy in another words even in world class ( i knew the exact moves to get thro defence and every shot went in. even in manager mode half way in i was leading by 13 points? wtf? PES is just better.

First of all OMG have any of you that actually play this game seen the way they move, if people moved the way they did in PES i would be a bit worried. Secondly PES are loosing licenses for teams by the minute and still haven't manage to fully license the EPL, which i might add is probably the best league in the world followed by the spanish league which is now only half licensed. Lastly i think Konami need to take a little lesson from EA about making a FOOTBALL (Not Soccer) Game!

Looks good but I really don't like the idea of the programmed skill moves in the R-stick. Skill moves are usually considered somewhat of a game within a game because it's another aspect to learn. With the r-stick controls this leaves no room for personal development.

PES as been getting worse since coming to 360 and PS3 and last year was the last straw for me i own all PES games except for last years one which was shit over the last two years FIFA as been the better game and that is why i play FIFA now but this is looking better so i will try it, but something needs to change its the same shit every year with different menus and music and frankly its boring the shit out of me more needs to be done all round specially to the online it needs more options

thing is ... FIFA can be become predicatable , and ... at times boring. Still a good game tho , and yes it has been better than PES. But PES has better shooting, and is less predictable, and has individuality . Sometimes on FIFA i find myself playing to the games strength , rather than the teams. Look foward to playing both this year. Fingers crossed i can play PES 2011 NEXT WEEK , if i get the online beta .

maybe fifa's animation is better than pes, but it doesnt conclude fifa is better than pes! take a look at the goals. they always look the same, because it has same abilities! same players! fifa is an arcady soccer game. pes is have a great atmosphere, defined player characteristics... and now the animation is fully reworked, no doubt pes 2011 will kick fifa's ass. in pes, wayne rooney looks like wayne rooney, which he's usually fifa's cover athlete. fifa's personality+ is bullshit.

i think the crossing passing needs to be slowed down and the pace of the whole game just a little bit to give a more realistic look... its so fast the players do look a bit robotic i hope konami have a hard look at this and deliver in two months as it could be amazing.. and plllllllllllllllllllllz sort out online servers!! take a leave out of mw2 server!!

@mathres17 - I'm personally not a FIFA fanboy, I've bought copies of both games in different years. Every time the new games come out I see which looks/plays the best and choose that one for the year. It's just that in my opinion this video looks worse than the last PES in the player motion and gameplay. Giving an opinion is not "destroying" as you put it, unless the game is so terrible that the opinions of people who don't even buy it are enough to ruin the game for everyone!
