Actually, a lot of surveys show the least popular character in the entire canon series is Steve Burnside.

As for "worst", there's absolutely no indication or proof to back any possible opinion over who the... "best" or "worst" character there is seen as these are not real people, and there is absolutely nothing to rate them on, so that statement kind of made me giggle.

And btw, considering Rebecca's age and training, she's actually one of the smartest and most crafty characters in the series.

Rebecca is alright. However, I have to give her props for having one of the best grapple moves. The flash grenade hits hard and fast, leaving it easy to kill any left over zombies. The only person who's grapple move is obviously superior is HUNK's. It knocks back zombies several times and moves them into two serperate lines. Doing so makes for extremely easy gun work. However, coolest character is still obviously Wesker. Wesker ftw.
