  • same idea, different spot. But getting the foot will often loosen up your hammies as well. Now a days I like "the stick" or "tiger tail" for the hamstrings; and also a medicine ball work great to get your adductors too.

  • is this the same thing as rolling it on your foot with a tennis ball and it helps that as well..so i heard..
