What is the "lava giant" death? I am assuming it involves the El Gigante you drop into the lava pit, but he hasn't got me, so I have no idea what he does. If you could please reply back and let me know, it would be appreciated... I'm curious now ;)

when you drop the el gigante in the lava pit it will try to get out until the pit closes but until then stay away if you dont the el gigante will grab you with him and you will die instantly itsp retty cool actually lol.

4. geting stabbed by any knife in the game that requires dodge action

You use camcorders? If you want REALLY good quality, I'd suggest using a dvd recorder. Apparently they can record game footage onto dvd, and then you get software, edit it, put it on movie maker and then upload.
