  • Can you include marijuana?

  • How do I know that the juice has nutrients in it? Most of the stuff that comes out of the nut bag looks like green water.

  • what is a nut milk bag?

  • what is that vegetables for juice i thought u were talking about FRUIT juice

  • If you don't want to buy a nut milk bag, you can use a paint strainer, which are very inexpensive.

  • is this just as good as using a juicer? -- and it doesnt ruin it to use water right?

  • what kind of blender was that?

  • amazing :) I remember drinking juice from just celery alone, a little bit of lemon juice and chilli sauce for a small kick.I used a blender as well, but I usually used the pulp as a dip for nachoes after adding a little salt.

  • Awesome Natasha!! Love you and your great tips!!!!

  • Hi Natasha,

Should I use organic ingredients for this or is it okay to use non organic ingredients?

I love your videos and thanks for sharing.

  • You are lovely! Thanks for sharing!

  • Do you drink the greenjuice as a meal? I'm learning and interested in transitioning into raw foods but trying to figure out what a days worth a meals should look like.

  • Wow Your Good At Making Juice :O

    Now It's My Turn.

  • this is a great site god blees you divina

  • Why wouldn't you eat it? Aren't you wasting what is left in the nut bag - stuff that normally would have been eaten? Is there a difference with drinking vs eating it? (I am asking soncerely).

  • Did you take the stem from the kale leave or can you include the stem in the blender?

  • Oh Cool! I should share this with my group cause people need to know this.

  • Or u can just go to the store and buy "WORST JUICE EVAR"

yeah that will be like the same

  • i made some really good carrot, apple, and cellery :P i was kinda experimenting and it was AMAZING!

  • If you don't have a nutmilk bag and can't find one go to lowe/home depot/ace hardware and buy a paint strainer bag exact same functionality, waay cheaper and easy to come by. And I'm pretty sure cheese cloth would would but is probably less reusable.

  • NATASHA HI!! My husband wants to get on board with me and eat RAW! but he works a long way from home n drivin every day...he is wondering what to bring for lunch everyday so he doesnt get hungry...and he is also trying to loose weight...THANK YOU ! Steph

  • Where do i get a nut bag from?? Never heard of this... Also... would a cheese cloth work??

  • u got some big teeth lady

  • Lovely hair style! Are those natural curls?? So cute:-)

-Anyway, great recipe! Would definitely try it, since I'm on a juice, green and fruit diet.

  • throw in a little lime and a piece of ginger too, yum.

  • the bag! where?

  • just made this with my juicer! the first juice i ever made!

this (for me) filled up like 6 waterbottles.

i used a whole lemon instead of 1/2, and i think the amount of celery was a little much for me. i diluted it a bit with water and it tastes vaguely of lemonade - i think next time i would use either more lemon or less celery!

  • how would i make just plain apple juice with a blender?

  • WHERE DO u get that bag

  • i wonder if a clean nylon stocking would work????

  • great idea. i live in a rural town in germany and i don't even know how to begin to ask for a nut bag! why wouldn't just a plain ole strainer work?

  • So a jar makes a better portable water bottle? Is there a site that sells portable glass water bottles that i can buy. I heard that the plastic water bottles are no good for ya.

  • OK ... ok...ok .....

I'm IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm going to join the juice feast woooooooooo hooooooo!!

I've been thinking ..... and it's coming up as a BIG YES!!

Never fasted/feasted before, but with your support, I think it'll be fun.

Thank you sweet Natasha for the inspiration. You rock girl!

I join a new fitness club on the 5th ... (with lots of Ashtanga classes) could do with being a few lbs lighter. Perfect timing :-)

  • @RawRadiantHealth Hi Natasha

Was the content of the jar from all the fruits and vegetables you used in this video??

  • @RADIANTandRAW Yay! I think I'm gonna do this too! I've never fasted before either! Good luck!! :D

  • I feed any pulp left over to my horse, she LOVES it!

  • I will have to tell a good friend of mine who takes care of horses, she'll love that, thank you!!!

  • what do you do with all the pulp left in the nut milk bag?

  • I will be doing a video on that!! Stay tuned!

  • Where can you get a nut milk bag? Do they have those at regular grocery stores or a place like Whole Foods?

  • Wholefoods or a health food store

  • muy buen

  • :) !!

  • Excellent vid!! :)

I did the very same thing with celery, carrots, mint and some berries for sweetness. It tasted horrible! I needed some more sweetness, but I don't know what to add to get the sweetness I need (as I'm only starting out on this adventure). I think I need to adjust the proportions of veggies to fruit. Perhaps I can get this from your blog. While I'm here...how much juice does one drink per day while on a juice feast?

  • be very careful with mint leaves, from my experience too many can ruin an otherwise delicious drink..

  • agree!!

  • Try adding apple, pear, pineapple or melon, etc.. to your juices--that will help!!

Juice feast involves drinking atleast 12-16 Cups of fresh juice a day (or more, depending on your size and level of activity).

  • man, I just bought a spendy Breville juicer to get ready for the juice fast - however, had I seen this, this morning I would have not bought it. Well, this is an awesome tip especially for traveling. THANKS!

  • Im doing it toooo!!!! lol Deja vu sista! lol

  • Hey betti111! funny "seeing" you here... thats awesome!

    : )

  • Don't regret buying the juicer!!!-- over any appliance I own-- I love my juicer!! You will get a more concentrated juice with the juicer-- a great investment. There are a lot of people that have never had juice before, or never did a juice fast-- therefore before investing in something they aren't sure they would use ever again, its easier to start off with a blender. But later on, they will end up buying a great juicer, how could they not???!!! Juice is LIFE!

  • Natashaaaaa! You rock!

  • You are a sweetheart!!!

  • I try ;-)
