@loveDarkandpokemon Yup, repetitively draw the character in different poses, making them move with an animation program. Splash uses Toon Boom Studio, NifteyAppleStar / NifteyAppleStarsArt or SSSWarriorCats uses Adobe Flash, and RANDOMOrangepelt / TheRandomestFreaks7 / ChuckyBuffy (My good friend :D) uses Windows Movie Maker. Hope I helped!
