course SOME celtic fans will turn theyre back on scotland, they get told probs everyday to get back to ireland because of a religion or what team they support and are targets for sectarian bile. its common knowledge in scotland that if u support celtic ur classed as a irish catholic which is wrong!
@PORNSTAR6566 I'm not disputing that, I know why Celtic were founded and indeed they most likely helped a lot of poor Irish immigrant's. The fact remain's however that they are a Scottish club and it saddens me to see whole section's of the Celtic support turn their back on there native land whilst singing the appraisals of another.

@delreb I take a great interest in Scottish history, I always have. I was lucky in that sense, I had a father who taught me an awful lot about Scotland's past. I know where I'm coming from. Forgive me, but I'm not entirely sure what point your trying to make? I'm not sure religion is relevant in the context of what I am trying to say?.It saddens when Scotsman pledge allegiance to a foreign country based on chants, songs and football culture. It happens, I've seen it many a time.
