If u have played this game since bounty hunter gone and pvp came, u should know that there was 25k to f2p and members, after a while they raised members to 76k.. And you should know when pvp came they changed appearance how combat lvl shows, seen on 0:41 in this vid, they changed that too after a week or 2.

I see that you havent bleen playing around really much, when pvp worlds was introduced there was these kind of lvls as 123 + 8, but when that person hold or summoned a familiar that + 8 was added to your cb lvl so in this case 123 + 8 = 131? still think this is private...
