as you aware Doc's Amplifier may come handy if you want Biff stop getting into the way when are looking for Doc's notebook, all you need Marty's old guitar plugged into the Amplifier and max out the controls as in the film and try picking up the guitar first Biff will pick up the guitar before you can touch it. He will blown alway by Amplifier, you can worry about the Amplifier later but for now you will get Doc's notebook without being interfered by Biff which he is ok but knocked out for now
