@Zenex666 I thought I replied. I burned it that morning frying bacon. Grease splashed on my wrist and it really hurt. It's a lot better and almost healed now.

@jakatak69 Hey, Jack, what are you doing up so late? And, I have a suggestion for a future show. You should do one on Kalbe (or Galbe, or Garbe) marinade. If you are not familiar, it is a Korean marinade, often used on Flanken style beef ribs, it is very easy to make, and it tastes WONDERFUL. ;)

what kind of diabetes do you have?

@coleisaphosphate I have type 2 diabetes. It is controlled with a pill. it's the most common form. My body produces too much sugar on it's own, so additional sugar sends my body into sugar overload and pain occurs. So the pill stops my body from producing too much.

@Bowserslave two totally different sauces. Mine is a sugar base which is sweet and thick and carmalizes. This was a vinegar base hickory smoke flavor. Usually there are two sauces: vinegar base (thin runny red) and sugar base (thick and sticky).

Both sauces are amazing.
