To you it might have felt like 10-12 m/s but I can bet that it wasn't more than 6. By the way the wing is behaving it was about 5m/s in my opinion. A 10m/s wind would have dragged you if you launched the way you did.

in strong winds its maybe safer to launch downwind from the road rather than upwind

Napewno nie bylo 12 m / sek latalem na Voxie i to skrzydlo jest zbyt wolne na taki wiatr przewialoby Cie do tylu a tu widze nawet speeda nie wduszasz.
