  • It is true, but ALL communication is used to try and control others. Complaints put pressure on the US government to release illegally detained people in Guantanamo Bay, it produced the investigation into Abu Grabe detention centre. Complaining is a verbal preparation for group action. It motivates other people to think "Yes, I feel the same, I am not alone.. let's do something!"
