well thanks bro i would love to lose the extra 20 pounds as im only 5 ft 4 inches it would make an impact one hundred an fifty something to one hundred an 30 would be cool and look awsome for my wrestling career and look good period i dont need to work out as much because i know i have abs under thid extra fat
I like your suggestions. However, instead of buying prepackaged vegetables, why not set aside an hour a couple of times a week to wash and package your vegetables? Saves on packaging and money, and it takes just as little time at the store to buy the un-prepared ones as it does the precut ones.
Thank you Dr. Maheshwari. I find that you are absolutely correct about vegetables. I'm really trying to make an effort but it is a race against the clock. I never thought of the vegetable trays...thanks so much for that. It's simple and logical but sometimes the most simple things slip your mind or never come into it.
