So the third or fourth time someone gets pulled over for speeding the officer is justified in slamming their head on the ground a bit. Especially if they get cocky. By his own admission the OWS demonstrator featured in this video provoked a fight with police, first by throwing objects at them, and when the police did not respond to his aggressive behavior, he then began pushing and shoving them. He then resisted arrest. Not to to bright to assault first responders, especially the police.
