@aaronpourazar In the USA, real Coke can be found in Eastern Pennsylvania (around the Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton area) and in Ohio (around Cleveland). Coke from those areas still contains sucrose.

If Coca-Cola had a brief to appeal to every demographic in American society in one uplifting ad, they just succeeded.

@xlogold It features what are presumably American people, judging by the careful representation of differing ethnicity that occurs in American society and also by the locations featured in the ad. Also, this is an American company, which markets its products both in the United States and abroad by extolling the virtues of American life. They made this ad for America and then changed the song backing it, as well as the shots of the bottles, so it could be used internationally.
