how do you import a picture?

how did you do the inverse aroudn the render, i use the marquee tool, but it never gets all of the stuff around the render, like how yours is perfectly around the render, mine is a little box

Used the magic wand too to select AROUND the render. Then press Shift+Ctrl+I to select the render itself.
