Well played and recorded, but you're not nailing the hi hat cadence thats makes Ramones songs sync with the down strumming. Watch the Marky Ramone video where he demonstrates this technique with his Hi Hats at shoulder hight and this thing he does using almost just his wrist. its his signature thing.
