I am building a cavern terrain table. just a standard 4x6 in a similar fashion to these only using the white insulation foam and melting in texture with a hot knife.

Wow! 7'x20' is MASSIVE! Something like that would be insane for apoc battles. I think the word you're looking for is Kroot! ;-)
