Disney World Monorail Accident & Bus Accident

I was suppose to go to a long time ago plan vacation just 1 day after the incident! But we went anyway since we already pay 4 the tickets and plane tickets long before the incident

4 years ago when I went disney land 2 of the monorails (my family and me was on one) were on the same track! but we didn't crash it took a while to get out of that situation

I dont thing the trains moved on purpuse but monorail purple kept going and pushed the two into the station. Dumb luck for the people on bourd

They moved the trains? When i worked in a theme park, we had a ride which is a monorail, that ride had evacuation procedures for wherever around the track it broke down. I would have thought disney would have had something like this in place, should an accident like this happen. It shows a lack of safety on disneys behalf.

How did it come to the crash? In germanny, we have only one Monorial since 1975. but it was closed since 2.11.2008 (DD:MM:JJ)!

disney pays minimum wage...i kno because i went to apply and the pay was sh**...if they payed more to ppl who cld be trained then maybe stuff like this wldnt happen...i blame disney with their millions but paying minimum wage smh

@ActiveGameboy it was not disney training that caused the crash. Some idiot monorail operations manager was supposed to be handling the entire thing but instead he went to perkins with his buddies. He took his walkie talkie with him to control the entire track switch for the pink monorail. when the switch failed, he didnt know so he told the pink to back up while the purple was pulling into the station thus causing the crash.

@tastyjuice1227 the guy in the train backing p never hit the transfer button thous backing up on the same line the other guy that died could have radoid him to stop the train and/or back his train up and try to e stop the whole line

@porky484 the guy who was killed couldnt move his monorail. the pink monorail started to back up and hit the purple. the guy who died had no control of his monorail because it was not responding

@porky484 The Monorail Drivers have no control of switching the tracks. The person that switches the track is in the control room at the station. It was human error of the controller at the station.

I wasn't there during the crash but my cousins family was and they were about to go on the monorail pink but they were told that the crash happened and took the bus back to the resort
