shure sm 57 kinda odd nigel would use that specific mic for vocals that's a dynamic mic use normally to record electric guitar amps distortion ect. or the ideal mic for recording a snare just causes its a tough mic and can take the hi frequency but kinda odd there using it for vocals an it sounds great maybe that mic robin likes for his voice you know? its not always about how good it sounds but how comfortable you feel and how you like it you know?
