@jcs951 just do it according to your weight. if ur using real heavy, do 6-8 3-4 times, if ur using moderate weight do 12-14... i love burning the s#!t outta my bicepts doing this so i do 50 reps sometimes... after doing about 14-20 reps with a heavy weight like 50lb and then dropping to 25lb n doing 50 right away... feels GREAT

what if my shoulders are wayy stronger than my biceps and i cant hammer curl the weight up, my shoulders will not get a good workout because the lack of strength in my biceps
bad exercise. youre doing deltoids and biceps, so basically your tiring out your biceps so you cant do as many reps because ur fucking expending more energy to push them up. Also your deltoids arent getting worked at all because everyone can naturally do more weight on deltoids than biceps (especially since your doing both arms at once), so the front press becomes completely pointless.
Hey scott ive actually been working out for a while and have gotten bigger i went from 175 to 205 but feel aren't ripped enough can you tell me ways other then light weight high number of reps to get as ripped as you btw weight loss is no issue i just dont want to lose m strength ?? :D
@spencercmoret . i'mtrying to get stronger for football and i feel that working out the whole upper body as a unit would help on the field rather then working out individual muscle groups. but i've seen success doing both so i'm just not sure which one is better

There are loads of exercises for each group so you can be sure to get good gains. I just need the discipline to do my cardio. cardio = boring haha

good demonstration but you didn't talk at all about the muscles targeted, how you work it into your workouts, or the amount of weight, reps, and sets. you should cover more stuff like that in these vids.

put a dumbbell under your butt and then lift your legs up continuously.That could seem like a good idea for me.
