Severance: Blade of Darkness - Necromancer

I can remember reloading this fight near the end of it time and time again because I wanted to actually kill him for the sake of more XP ;)

Also, I found that the Barbarian can easily kill this guy using the Queens Sword combo just by spamming it pretty much. Although it's really slow on him, the time is actually perfect. You starts the Vampire combo just as comes in for another hit, and you land both parts of the combo perfectly.

A skillful enemy but here is how i always do him, i use Snake Sword to break his shield (because Snake Sword gives to penalty to defense) once his shield is broken i switch to Curved Sword...one or 2 specials and his history. I also use Power Potion after his shield is broken, Braclet as well.

Watchout however, once his low on health, he will keep teleporting behind you for a sneaky attacks that heal him, so back attack alot.

You can kill Necromancer very easy using back attack when he teleport behing you...TIP: You can make he to teleport by getting distance from him...When you use back attack jump fast foward and he miss his attack...Do this and you can kill him without hit you...I tryed this and it's work very fine...

Use the back attack when he teleports behind you. Also did you miss Sargons medium armour? Its on this level, in the room with the fireplace with Takurams Slayer sword, theres a door in a corner. Open it and at the end of the corridor is the armour.

That isn't the necromancer, it's the vampire. The necromancer is the second to last final boss.

Backswing is the key. After you get his life down to 1/3 and he starts to teleport, it's easy to end the fight quickly with timed backswings, with every class.

Use the damn Queen's Sword. That is the point. You can suck life back from him with the combo.

EASIEST BOSS FIGHT EVER ... and the rest of the necromancers too,

I never lost a single life point when fighting them

He appears, jump away from him one or two times, he teleprots right behind you, you perform a backswing, while he is recovering jump away twice, he teleports, use backswing and so on and so on ... seriously this is the FIRST strategy that comes to mind ... why do people go on and head him on when something AS EASY can be done to beat him in less than a min????

If you use Queen's sword then this necromancer can be killed with two 'vampire' swings only.

@mahulchak you gotta time it tho, when ifight him never takes me more than 15 secs to beat him *without getting hit a single time* with another wep using backswing and jumping away from him *he teleports right behind you if you are too far away from him* - easy, not much effort and fast

that scared the shit out of me when i was a little boy, and even today i get shivers. that´s a game were you have to have big balls, i tell you. AND WHY DON´T THEY MAKE GAMES LIKE THIS ANYMORE? i can tell you, console killed pc gaming, trust me! all these easy-to-beat games, not challenging at all. I really miss the good all days when pc gaming has reached its peak (especially the year 2000). I want quality, not quantity, only the small developers and the modders keep pc gaming alive.
