  • Wish the necks were like on the 80s bc riches. Especially the late 80s NJs. the L.A. ones had some incredible necks.

  • Abalone makes me think of Maccaroni.

  • id take those pickups out.. replace em with some emgs \m/

  • "Let me take the strap off so I can show you what I have goin' on here."

    ::calls 911::

  • Which Model of Zoltans guitars do you like better? I'm thinking of getting the maple, but i'm not too sure.

  • this guitar tone sounds like shit

  • How does the neck of this guitar compare to a Ibanez neck?

  • I have a question. Does the Ebony Guitar have the same Natural Neck Like the Maple does?

  • @BigDog20201 they all do

  • @guitars357 Cool thanks bud.

  • Please god do the Marc Rizzo BC Rich guitar next.

  • Did he own all the stuff behind him?

  • out of the three Zoltan Assassin models, which of them do you prefer? i love the looks of the all maple model, but i also like the onyx and ebony. i have heard that the maple gives more of a bright sound where as the onyx/ebony is more of a dark sounding guitar. any comments or recommendations as to which model i should get performance wise? im more of a lead guitarist myself and like to play faster scales for riffing and soloing and what not. if you wouldn't mind giving your opinion

  • what do you do for living?

i need advice about making living from music ...so please answer

    DylanRed

  • @TheMagnumGuitar I don't make my living from music, this is a very fun hobby for me ... that may help you some!

  • @lmsjr ooh yes it helps me =P

do you maybe know what artist at guitar copany's get

    like those custom shop guys

    Dylan

  • @lmsjr the fret board is acctually mahogany.

  • @TheMagnumGuitar that's my same question..to be or not to be a musician(to make money from it)..

  • @TheMagnumGuitar Well i buy/sell/ and trade guitars and musical equipment and resell them for a profit. You get to own amazing guitars and make a profit while your doing so.

  • I love the binding on this guitar, it adds to such a nice guitar,

    Good look and Good tone,

    5*.

  • I got the onyx with ebony fingerboard. It is just all around great. So loud and punchy sounding. The rockfield Mafia pickups coil tap more natural than most humbuckers. Very comfortable and balanced guitar.

  • @lmsjr Would you say this guitar is worth the $899 pricetag?

  • @Spade103XBL and then some

  • man, that's a sweet axe!

  • dude learnin ur arpeggios u dont seem to stop improving its awesome great video dude

  • Was this really a review? Seemed more like an overview to me, going over it's specs and playing it a bit..

Interesting nonetheless, it's a super nice axe.

  • Sure with all these guitars you've bought, you have some that you don't like or that weren't good guitars? I'd like to see some reviews on guitars that aren't so great. :)

  • Hey TTK,

I love your demo's, top notch. i'm having a dilema though. I'm looking for a 15-20watt tube head and am torn between the Blackheart Handsome Devil, Jet City JCA20H and Epiphone Valve Senior. Any chance you could shoot them out? I don't want to go over $350 wholesale with them.

    Thanks,

    Ian

  • hey you never responded to my note re: the Bugera V22 . . . i bought it 2 nights ago in Guitar Ctr, Northridg, CA . . . loving it!!! you do any mods to yours . . . btw how do you have so much stuff . . . i see Engl in the background wow!

  • @joelg125 sorry joel - tough to respond to all of the comments. I haven't done any mods to the V22 - only the 1960 and the JCA20H. both great amps! Rock on brother.

  • your playing is improving

  • @joelg125 Thank you joelg

  • @lmsjr that intro lick was mega tasteful and tuneful, really no need for anyone to tell you you're a bad player ever again :)

  • @SwampAshSpecial haha - awesome! Thanks. I REALLY appreciate the kind compliment!

  • I usually hate shredder guitars, but that one is pretty sweet.

  • @TheGuitarist365 I agree ... I really like the Onyx / Ebony ... very slick looking!

  • great video!!!

  • cool guitar, too bad tha don"t make a left handed verging of that guitar

  • You should review some PRS's!

I'd like to hear your opinion on them

  • People should know that the Floyd Roses on these are the Korean made ones, not the original German made ones. They are pretty good but not as good as the German ones in my opinion. Pretty cool guitar.

  • @kesx yea i have the korean made 1 on my bc rich asm pro,it is a good trem

  • burn it down TTK, love this guitar

  • thos guitars are look bro comment me back man youve neglated tot he last times lol

  • @akaboo69 haha - comment right back at ya ... sorry bro. how ya been?

  • @lmsjr been good just workin off this week due to budgeting but its all good man im thinking of getting a bullet strat the H H Kind with the 2 humbuckers

  • TTK, I have the M13 and think it's fantastic. What's your take on it?

  • @orioneriksen its' killer. 1 box does a lot!! (pre and post FX) ... stay tuned for 30 pedals in 30 days ... I may just recap the M13 as my first video (hint, hint).

  • @lmsjr haha cool! I look forward to it! (I love pedals) \m/

  • how much gain there???? O_o

  • Why in hell do I get an ad with Kid Cudi before this video?

  • @risingskater Maybe a higher power is talking to you :-) ... just kidding.

  • What amp is that??. What do you think about the pick-ups ??

  • @JessyDevilVendetta Carvin V3. pups are killer ... passive. More and more, I'm liking passive more, and actives less. I feel like with passives, you get to hear more 'guitar', and feel more guitar. Who knows ... tomorrow I may change my mind :-). Rock on brother.

  • @lmsjr Yeah im a passiv guy to. Passivs just feel and sound overall bettre. Im looking for somthing really punchy and i am LOVING the mafias

  • @lmsjr I almost said something about this guitar not having emg's in your last vid... passives definitely are more natural! Glad to see a shred axe like this with passives, I usually don't go for that kind of axe because of the emg's, etc, but this one is sweet!

  • @lmsjr I like how responsive active pickups are. :)

  • @lmsjr If you begin to love passive pickups, then maybe review some? :D

After all, they influence the tone ALOT. So give a shot on some Bare knuckle pickups. Please?

  • I know exactly what you mean. For years I have been an EMG 81/85 and SD BlackOuts junkie. I just put a passive set of Seymours (the JB bridge and jazz neck) into my Eppi Les Paul and I gotta tell you, I am really digging the vibe I am getting. "More guitar" is a good way of describing it. I NEVER would have admitted to that in the past, but i can't help to hear what I'm hearing. Great review on #2 of 3 Zolltan Bathory series. I am jealous!

  • i wish the other one came with the ebony fretboard.

  • @therealrene Ebony sounds pretty similar to maple in that they both have a lot of top end, but maple has more mids and sounds a bit more open and clear sounding to my ears.

  • @ibanezman007 Plus they look more elegent

  • @therealrene that would be wicked.

  • @therealrene That would look really cool! Would be super bright sounding because ebony is so bright... I like rosewood better myself for a warmer tone.
