I think for the money as a dual bander you can't fault it. The closest to the features etc.. in a big name radio cost so much more. The only complaint I have is that it picks up alot of commercial interference , but ONLY when I drive over the hill near my home where there are alot of radio towers up.
I have to 635's one in the mobile and this one at home, both have given me endless hours of comms with no problems. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for a " cheaper" dual bander.

One more question, how do you notcie intermod ? Sometimes i'm having some kind of "white noise" at S1 or S2 is this intermod ?
