atl has had prostitutes like candy all over the streets downtown past buckhead back in 06. saw the same area again this year and there was nothin but tourists, pedestrians, and wall to wall police cars. they probably took the action off the streets due to the heat.

Not that I'm a fan of AT&T, but the last time I checked they were a telecommunications company, not a law enforcement agency or security company. They can post signs up...but that won't stop anything. Where is the APD? Woofing down donuts? It's their job to get these people off the streets, not AT&T's job. It's just one step off of their property anyway onto the public sidewalk. Place the blame where it is due...with the Atlanta Police Department...not AT&T.
