Beautiful video. As a long time environmental campaigner I find what is happening to the natural world almost unbearable. On the one hand human beings can produce wonderful music like this but on the other hand can destroy nature which is not only beautiful but on which we all depend.

I think a 2.16 debussy deliberately ,amazingly created a bird sound with the woodwind in the background , like a seagull squarking .You can hear it clearer on other renditions but its there

Beautiful, Sandy Beaches , parhaps Frenchmans Cove or some place on the Burin Peninsula, The towing of the huge GBS Gravity Base Structure from Trinity Bay to the Grand Banks,

The Surfer, with dolphin. The oil damaged ocean (Gulf?). Schooling fish, coral reafs some place tropical, a wreck, whales, lots of wjhales including one harpooned. Dolphin playing. Ice breakers and huge bergs.

This is made of this year for me.

The GBS being hauled out was 10 or so years ago.

i have all of his music on Cd, but this is by far one of my favorite. so strong, and passionate like all of his compositions-but this one effects me more so for some reason.

its great that such an excellent impresionist piece is linked with video of sea...(but I don't like the boats and surfer there, it would be better if only sea and fish would be there...but anyway good stuff) Debussy and Ravel forever;)))
