@TheMidwestMarauders These handguards mount to the barrel using sizing sleeves and set screws and can be mounted to most barrels. The make or model of marker will not affecting the mounting.

@BakaLord123 There are a ton of different versions of the RIS handguard, most attach to the barrel using set screws but I would check the specifics before buying.

i attatched the m4 stock to my to my a5 but i cant look down the barrel because the mask doesnt let me get too close .. is there a mask that is an inch or 2 away from my face ? im going to an arena this sunday the sooner i get an answer the better.

@iTaLiaNo1144 Any mask that has a flexible lower half will be much easier to get close to the stock. I would recommend the JT ProFlex, VForce Grill, Dye i4, or the Sly Profit.

@geko213 Adding that type of barrel to your Alpha Black really wouldn't improve accuracy at all. In order to achieve a more precise shot you would need a Tiberius marker and first strike rounds.

@RockBoysChannel56 I do not know of any shrouds that will work specifically with the Spyder Victor. Technically Spyder threads are the key but the looks and gaps may not be ideal.

This doesn't relate exactly to the M16/M4 Barrel here, but I do have a question regarding barrels. I have a Brass Eagle marker, and I want a different barrel. On amazon.com, they have Brass Eagle to Tippmann a-5 or 98 Barrel Adapters. Do you think that it would be worth it? (First paintball marker, so I'm still learning the ropes and all that).

@Lovemetal629 You have to be careful buying an adapter for your Brass Eagle. Depending on the model it could have different threads (i.e Spyder threads for instance). To answer your question though that is a good idea, since Brass Eagle threaded barrels are rare and A5/X7 is one of the most popular threads on the market.

@HustlePaintball Thanks! Sadly, I have to figure out with Brass Eagle model I have if the threads are different. I only want the adapter, for of course, a tippmann barrel. Can you say in your own opinion (who ever answers this), what length is too short, and what length is too long for a marker like mine, just a basic paintball marker that you can't really put a stock on as far as I know (with my marker anyways)

@Lovemetal629 The optimal barrel length for any paintball marker is 14 inches. This gives the best balance between accuracy and efficiency. You can go shorter, 10 or 12 inches with a small bump in efficiency but lose accuracy. You can go longer but will use more air and not really gain any accuracy.

@bballerx41 It depends on your preference, this barrel is great for linear accuracy and the tactical look, whereas the APEX is great for longer distance and "curving" shots. Whichever you prefer, is going to be better for you.

@chris63952 This available with the 98 threads. The barrel will be an improvement over the stock piece but the mod is mostly for the M4/M16 look.

@chris63952 It does improve perf., and if you get the one for the 98C, then it will fit your 98C, Alpha Black, Project Salvo, (remove the stock shrouds to make it fit) or your platinum. It looks mean when you're done; just add a magazine, carry handle, and stock. You're good to go!

@IAINTY0DADDY You will need to remove the tip by uncrewing it. Then there are set screws in the bottom of the front sight and the bottom of the rear flange. Once these are removed you can take off the entire shroud and be left with just the barrel.

I want to get the RAP4 xpower Le or METS but i read that their velocity is 300-400 but can you adjust it to 270 so i could play at a paintball field ? and why is it not allowed at paintball fields ? just cause the paint is .43 ? so any paintball field that had BYOP would allow it ?

Since the Alpha Black Tactical already has the shroud all you would need to complete the look would be to upgrade to a longer barrel. This kit uses a 16 inch but you could go with any length you choose.

@Culvermatic If you buy an Alpha Black Tactical or Basic it will be semi-auto single fire. If you buy an Alpha Black Tactical E-Grip it will come with 2 full auto modes (12 and 15bps) 3 round burst, and semi-auto.

It might take some slight modding - we can't test that for you, since the Apex barrels have been discontinued, and are out of stock. I'm not sure if the stock barrel that comes w/ the the Apex is long enough to fit through the shroud. BUT - you can remove the barrel from within this shroud, and replace it with a different barrel, provide the outer diameter is the same.

hi there. Will this kit fit a bt delta elite? Im also interested in getting the 3000 psi tank hidden in the buttstock of my bt. Is this possible with it too? I cant find any information anywhere else on this. Thank You.

@lebsock00 If you can remove the shroud on your Delta Elite, then you can easily install this barrel kit. Rap 4 makes a stock and 13/3000psi tank combo that will work for BT guns - we do sell it, and it's roughly $160. PM me for more info.
