What you need to do for a good tutorial is to slow down let people have the time to see what you are doing, talk instead off just demonstrating it with actions you need to say what your doing in order for people to know, don't be embarrassed to talk you will get used to it if you make tutorials frequently, last but not least take off the audio of that damn clicking sound!
