HEY T F,Lavoris is mouthwash, and you are right 1930ish stuff, most of the bottles here in n ohio are 1895, if you dig deep enough. I think the mercury dime was a fluke but, who knows seems like you got the bottle bug,n, hope you dont get well, cause im with you and i still dig and im 63 y.o.!!!

When i was a lad we came across some bodies buried while digging sod. We put them in the car and drove around town. Quite a good time for a youngster!

Man, what a great bottle site!!! Were there any dates on those bottles? Just wondering what the oldest date is. Excellent video.

No I didn't see any dates but Im pretty sure the ones I got were from about the 1920's - 1930's. Once the snow melts and the ground thaws I know we will be able to get much older stuff. In the video the snow was covering like 95% of the area so we were literially draging our boots to clear the snow to see what we can find.

Nice finds! Those Blue bottles are a score and a half! I managed to get my first hunt of the season in on the 8th also. 3 Clad Pennies! 2001,1978, and 1975. I'm not sure what happened to the 2001, I'm gonna put it up as my icon to possibly get some feedback on it.
