i just bought these and none of the earbuds fit my ear properly. keep in mind this could just be me. the sound is very good overall. i also have razer moray plus earphones and the one of the earbud attachments fits my ears perfectly. also, i think the razer moray plus has stronger bass. the razer moray earbuds also work great with the mixamp , it is like having a sound orgasm when listening them together. (using optical)

Have you ever used the Razer Moray PLus headphones? If so are these Astros better in your opinion? I am currently using the Razer earbuds with my mixamp and the sound in gaming and movies is excellent. I am also wondering if these Astros have better bass then the Morays? @IIIJ4CKIII Unless the 360 has a 3.5mm headphone jack, you cannot use it without the Mixamp. Though you'll definitely need the Mixamp if you want to use it for voice-chat and surround sound. The total prize of the Mixamp will depend on where you live, in your case: go to astrogaming(dot)co(dot)uk

flat cable is only for design, round cable are the best to avoid perforations and twists (cause the cable inside will be twisted too if it's not cheap material)

@WarriorInternationa1 ok for the tangling but it wont change the fact that the conductor inside will be thin and thus fragile, go check his vid on the razer orca, the cable is not that big but the conductor inside will be much stronger and resilent. Ok i know it's essentially for design here but for example you'll never see a rov with a flat cable, ask why.

@kroooassant Flat cable design is a take on a new look that also increases durability and you rarely see flat cables unless its on durable hardware (with the exception of TV/HDR cables which come in a bulky rounded style [which also are made in a durable FLAT cable design as well but prices for them are more expensive.]) They arent fragile or cheap, they are made to last. statistically longer than rounded cables... i could go more in-depth but just take my word for it. :p
