Hi from Canada, good aspects in those skating drills but a few could be made more difficult. Like the one-legged drag should have the leg extend out as far as possible.
Also, I sure miss those Made in Finland wood hockey sticks. Can't find good wood hockey sticks here in Canada anymore.
